Sandia Heights, Albuquerque, NM

An arroyo reduced the buildable area on this challenging site in the foothills of Albuquerque. Construction and materials were kept simple to allow for extras; custom built trusses, a swim spa off the master bedroom, special floor tile in the master bath.

The main living space is divided by a fireplace/bookshelf/pantry wall; with kitchen and family room on one side, living, dining and music room on the other. (The acoustics are purposefully bright for the pipe organ.)

This 3400 square foot home was completed in 1996.
